Who handles your enquiry
DDC MEDIA LTD, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. For questions about your information, contact contact@ddcmediaco.com.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, product interest and message. A company or team name is optional. Do not include passwords, API keys, account cookies or confidential project files.
How the information is used
We use your enquiry to understand your request, reply to you, arrange a product demo or handle a support conversation. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Where form submissions go
Submissions are stored as private enquiries in this website’s WordPress administration area. They are not published on the website. An email notification may be sent to the DDC Media contact mailbox. Website hosting and email infrastructure process information needed to operate those services.
Technical information and spam prevention
The form uses security tokens, a hidden spam field and request limits. For request limits, the application temporarily stores a keyed hash derived from your network address, rather than saving the raw address with the enquiry. The hosting infrastructure may separately maintain standard access and security logs.
Cookies and external resources
The public pages do not add advertising or analytics trackers through this theme. WordPress uses cookies for administrator sign-in. Product screenshots and the site fonts are served by this website. Links to other services, including your email application, are governed by those services’ own practices.
Retention and your choices
We use enquiry information for the related conversation and any resulting business relationship. Contact us if you want to ask what information is held, correct it or request its removal. Information may need to be retained where required for an ongoing matter or a legal obligation.
Product data is separate
This page describes the website enquiry process. Product projects, connected service accounts and media processing have separate requirements that should be discussed during product onboarding.
